This journey assumes something important already — not everyone believes this, but you do.
You believe small businesses are the backbone of every town.
You believe most are underserved by banks — not unworthy.
You believe capital, when delivered responsibly, can change the trajectory of a business, a family, and an entire community.
Those beliefs are the foundation of everything we do here.

The Local Leader Model isn’t a motivational idea or a side strategy.
It’s a practical operating system for people who feel called to serve small businesses well — and who want to build something meaningful, durable, and lasting.
Over the next several emails, we’re going to walk through:
- What the finished picture of local leadership actually looks like
- How to intentionally create a healthy local business environment
- How serving well turns into long-term, recurring income
- How this can grow from a solo effort into a local agency — and eventually beyond
This journey isn’t about speed or hype.
It’s about stewardship, patience, and doing the work the right way.
To ground this journey, here’s the simple math behind how local income is created. In most local markets, about 4 in 10 businesses will need funding this year. On average, 1 out of every 40 real business owner conversations turns into a funding. Each funding produces roughly $2,000+ in income. This isn’t hype — it’s how local ownership becomes predictable.
Homework (10–15 minutes today)
- Write down the town or clearly defined area you are committing to serve.
- Complete this sentence in writing:
“If small businesses in this town win, it matters because ______.” - Make sure you are already Certified. If not, visit DACTraining.com and get it completed.
Keep this. You’ll come back to it often.
Stay faithful. Stay rooted.
The harvest always comes on God’s schedule.
